First and foremost, I don't have this name as a client; second, I don't believe I've promised a result because I'm not the judge making the decision; and third, as the client, you are responsible for providing the information to win a case, and I am the instrument to try to adjudicate the case in the client's favor.

I do not recommend the services of the Law Office of Jose Perez. My experience has been very negative due to a lack of communication and poor customer service. Once they received the deposit, communication was minimal, and they only sent messages to collect payment, without keeping us informed about our case. I tried to contact them several times without success. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for a responsible and committed attorney.

The problem is that just as you're lying here, you also lied in my office. Why don't you say that I was the one who decided not to represent you because of the lies you were telling? Why don't you say that I stopped representing you because you disrespected my staff? Why don't you say that even though I arranged the asylums for you, I decided to return all your money? Anyway, I wish you luck and hope you'll be honest in the future. For example, I CHALLENGE you to post the screenshots where you say we charged you BECAUSE I NEVER SENT YOU ANY TEXT TO COLLECT PAYMENT. Just another lie!

Our experience with Jose Perez was great. He helped us with my brother's case, which was a complex one. Jose was always very helpful and followed up with all our questions promptly. His service fees were very reasonable. He has a lot of experience in immigration law. I highly recommend him. Our experience with attorney Jose was excellent. I was an assigned client to one of the attorneys that is no longer with them and for her, I have nothing good to say. However, Mr Perez was helpful and understanding to my issues and was constantly trying to facilitate meetings and calls from my so called attorney. When she was removed from my case Mr Perez could not help me and I can only assume it was a conflict of interest for him as she did work for him He has been willing to help in any way he can. He has regularly wished me the best of luck going forward. They have a very nice office and friendly staff onsite. They speak Spanish and I think that’s great for those who may not understand English all that well. I wish them well for the future and hope that the woman that was on my case hasn’t done that much damage to his reputation or clientele. Thank you Mr Perez, and may better luck come your way sir!
