The best attorney !! I had an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon and he showed up less than 1 hour and was able to help us and guide us with our legal issue. 10/10 will always use him as my attorney!!

Yes when you came to me your prior attorney had gotten you a plea to 4 years in prison. I am so grateful I was able to get the case dropped to a misdemeanor and 1 year probation.

Glad you will be able to drive your car again. Asset forfeiture seizure of a persons can ruin their love. I have dedicated years to learn the law And procedure to help people get their stuff back that the government tries to take.

Never never again. Public Defender could have done better. Hidden evidence. The deal taken was not what was given. I dont think he cares about the client. Its the money. Will have every excuse there is!

Thank you for your review. I saved your son 5 years prison time in a case that we reviewed all evidence with your son. He took a plea even though I was ready to take the case to trial. I reviewed all the evidence with your son and he decided to plea rather than risk jail time. But I was ready for trial. He chose the plea. The initial offer was seven years at 85% and then because I was ready for trial they agreed to reduce it to 5 years at 50%. He so he went from almost 6 years to 2 1/2 years. Also I got the violation of probation dismissed. Saving him more jail time. <br>

Mr. Markakos was actually referred to me from my criminal lawyer because he handles things that are very complex and is the best at what he does. My case was a forfeiture case in which my car and cash were taken by the police. The police told me they would give me my cash, car, and everything in my car would be returned to me. It wasn’t. Bottom line is Mr. Markakos knows the law and worked hard to help me and i have my vehicle back along with everything in it. I highly recommend him to take on any criminal case. He can do almost anything in the criminal court. I give him 5 stars and will spread the word about him. Thank you so much Mr. Markakos!!!

Peter, Thank you for your words. I love being able to help people get their property back from the police when it should never have been taken. The process takes a long time but we have been very successful. Knowledge of the area is important because Asset forfeiture proceeding are a hybrid of criminal and civil law. Not many can traverse this complex interchange between the two.

Mr Markakos was Very responsible during the process of my case always call back or text back a strategy. It’s very good and I really recommend that this type of guy. He's very understandable and know what to do in the court what’s the best for you. Only things I can mention is good vibe but from the other side of my heart, he should maybe offer more service for me and my friends and may be who knows we can win the war not just a battle but no offer from his side anyway, he’s good lawyer and I really recommended
