I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle in 2025. First time in an ambulance and into an emergency room. At 59 years old it was brutally painful and long in recovery. I contacted Michael's office a week after the accident they took the case and handled everything. Associate case manager Kelvyn Valette was my contact in the firm. Kelvin was professional, compassionate, responsive and of great intellect. My settlement was substantial and timely. I recommend this law office.

Will completely ghost you once you sign the contract. I was hit by a big rig last year, and I was referred to Mr Kahn. I had a nice conversation with him and he seemed pretty enthusiastic about my case so I felt comfortable proceeding with him as my attorney. But pretty much as soon as I signed the contract he seemingly fell off the face of the Earth. The last conversation I had with him or whoever was texting from his number, I had asked where would I go to be seen for my injury, would it be through my own private insurance or would they send me to someone. And they said I could go through my worker's comp insurance. First off I don't have worker's comp insurance, but also that makes zero sense. Why would I go to a doctor meant for workers' comp injuries for a car accident injury? I messaged this concern and no response. I've messaged nearly half a dozen times regarding various concerns over 2 months and have not received one single response. Our last correspondence was December 5. I don't know who to go to for in terms of medical treatment. Also my car insurance adjuster keeps wanting to speak to me but as far as I know all communications should go through your attorney so I have no clue if I should be responding. I have no clue as to the status of my case, I don't know if important deadlines are passing, I honestly don't know if he's still even my lawyer. I'm going to have to look for someone to consult about this with to see what my options are. And I will be filing a complaint with the state bar. I just wanted to leave this review so nobody has to go through the mess I am.

Worst experience ever so about two years ago I got into an accident. It was the city of West Sacramento fault nine police officers came to the scene of the accident and I waited over two years and ended up. I think they’re trying to pay me $700 out of 5000 which I would’ve never settled for. Had Michael been honest and told me what I would’ve ended up with because before I settled with that I said how much am I gonna end up with? He said about $3000 which was a lie so he doesn’t always tell the truth. I’m facing homelessness I lost my Jeep. I lost over a year and a half of payments I lost every penny that I put into it and I think they’re trying to pay me $700. That’s my settlement so everybody gained but Me worst attorney ever I would never ever recommend him. I counted on that money and now because it’s not coming I am going to be homeless so yay thanks Michael. I really appreciate all you did for me.
