This agreement as well as money held in escrow, insured that those items would be completed shortly after the closing. We could not have gone through this tedious process without Michael’s guidance. Because of his tireless work, our home buying experience was smooth, and we were able to close in a short amount of time, and make sure that the seller completed the agreed repairs. He then promptly completed the estate preceding and distributed the settlement money. All of his hard work and compassion helped to bring some closure to our family.
