The receptionist/intake specialist was very nasty, condescending and rude. Despite being a Connecticut resident, she informed me they do not serve my county. Thinly veiled prejudice.

He’s the best lawyer and really, really good person all the people that work in the office that are so pleasant.

My experience with attorney Andrew Gould was excellent. I had an accident last year, and an acquaintance recommended him. I was worried about the trouble I was in, but Andrew helped me throughout the entire process. He was present in court, and now I'm out of trouble thanks to him. They treated me exceptionally well. I have nothing but praise for the secretary, Angela Bonilla. She's kind, helpful, and always ready to assist you. She explains things you don't understand, answers your questions, and if you don't speak English, she translates for you with the attorney. She's always on top of the case. I'm simply grateful; it was a great experience working with them, and I highly recommend them.

I had a motor vehicle incident with a driver who was road raging. Left the seen for my safety and immediately called Mr. Russell (on a Sunday). He was quick to pick up. One brief visit at his office the next morning and a few hours later I got a call from him saying everything was taken care of. Recommend 100%!!
