I hired attorney Roland Wayne McMillan from 2005 to 2013, and he handled a total of four cases. Two were criminal cases, and he tried to get them dismissed, focusing only on the easier one. The second case dragged on for four years, and he ended up missing court appearances, only calling the court to get my case removed from the schedule. After I complained so much about his delays, he simply told me, "There's nothing I can do for you." He then pulled out a local lawyer's card and gave it to me. I asked him why he had taken my money and wasted so much time ruining my immigration case. In the immigration merits court, McMillan told immigration judge Stancill that I did not qualify for cancellation of removal and also told the judge that my "U" visa was denied by USCIS, but he did not tell the judge that USCIS told him that my "U" visa application was poorly documented and that McMillan was incompetent, and he did not tell the immigration judge this and did not give a copy to the court. But I gave a copy to Judge Stancill, and she read it and was upset by the information, so the court was postponed. At the next court hearing, McMillan left my house, and the judge kicked him out of the courtroom without giving him a chance to present the documents. The judge was already tired of McMillan always being late and had reprimanded him once. Despite that, McMillan blamed me for my criminal actions, which is correct, but I didn't hire McMillan to help me, not to be my executioner. Beware of this lawyer.

Best immigration lawyer ! I searched many dozen lawyers.whatever how great them are on yelp, Chinese phone book, advertising. I kept talking my case to him/her. They don’t clear how to proccessing. Even some of them saying they can make it . But the way they saying all the same .... Go broad ,waiting not sure days to years. Mr.McMillan is OBVIOUSLY a very experienced and excellent Immigration Lawyer, however, no client paying their hard earned money should have to endure the unpleasantness and attitude from his Legal Assistant, Eunice Saucedo. Her condescending tone is enough to ruin your entire day, along with being straight up rude over phone and e-mails on several occasions. She used little to no greeting even though I greeted her and she just hung up right after my last sentence without leaving me with an opportunity to ask anything else.

Mr. McMillan is a top notch attorney in the field of immigration. He works hard and get's the job done. He is very experienced and talented as an attorney and I highly recommend him. However, be cautious of one of his office helpers, Maria. She is the worst person to deal with I have every encountered in my life. She is rude, unhelpful, demanding and very hard to understand due to her extremely thick accent. She is the only flaw in an otherwise perfect Law Office. She needs to realize she is there to provide service to clients and treat them with respect. Clients should not have to endure the unpleasantness of dealing with her. I don;'t know who she thinks she is but she is nothing but a worker with very poor people skills and a revolting attitude.
