Mr. Zarofsky and his staff are awesome. Mr. Zarofsky is an excellent attorney who fights for you and is always available to answer questions. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him. He is a fighter and believes in helping you. If you need worker’s compensation attorney please call him. He is definitely a Lincoln lawyer..
Rex Zachofsky answered the phone in August of 2021, when the rest of the city was unreachable, I had taken a fall at work and did not know where to turn for help, doing my best to help the city through a terrible crisis during the Covid epidemic. I had paid dues for a union lawyer to answer my cry for help for over 10 years - crickets, folks! Rex, picked up the phone, and he and his staff have been more than ready, capable and professional to answer my questions at every turn. I must have built up some good karma to find them. Do not hesitate to call them even if you are supposedly covered by a union!! The system is cumbersome... and that is a kind statement. Get Help, Get Rex. He also explains and educates the public concerning the current law in New York with regards to workers comp on YouTube.

Rex and his team made my workers comp experience VERY smooth and simple. I was referred through a friend who only great things to say about their experience and I’m glad I listened. Right from the beginning all my interactions were informative and streamlined. He answered all my questions and walked me through what to expect as this was my first time with a comp case. Rex and his team kept me informed throughout the process and he always kept his word with timely document submissions. He always let me know what to expect ahead of appointments and went to bat for me a few times when issues arose. I don’t know what a typical timeline is for a comp case from close to payout but from the time my case was closed to when I received compensation (I received more than I expected) it was relatively quick. I hope I never have to deal with another workers comp case , but if Im ever injured on the job again my first call will be to Rex’s office. Thank you guys again for all your hard work.

I’m still unable to get my benefits several years after he had my case closed & disallowed and never once tried to undo or respond to me about what he did and why? How does an attorney screw up a brain injury case and not be held responsible? after totally misleading the client ME- who came to him in totally diminished capacity and Rex chose to take advantage and hide the faults of those who put me in the horrifically dark place- and I hope he and the others just like him - get the same mistreatments they dish out in HELL FIRE DOUBLE; as they rot fester & struggle in the bowels of the deepest hell- I’ve requested my files and still have not gotten them and it’s been a couple of YEARS-
