Not very helpful for me, they kinda put us off.
Awful customer service! He represented me for my traffic citation case. Didn’t ask a single question regarding the case or what results I was hoping for. When I emailed him to follow up, he never replied. One week passed, I called him to ask what’s going on, he said he’ll go to court for me on certain date. I thanked him, he still didn’t ask anything. On the morning (around 8:30 am) of the court, he called me on my cell phone. I missed his call. He left me a voice mail regarding what my wishes were. I was able to call him back shortly after, but he didn’t pick up. I left him a voice mail stating what my wishes were. Didn’t hear from him again until a week later until I received his letter saying I need to pay for my citation. Basically he didn’t do anything for me! I won’t recommend him at all!!
Attorney Berki provides thoughtful legal counsel. If you have questions, you can be assured that he will be patient and will provide answers to your questions in a timely and respectful manner. Unlike large law firms, his is small but he is attentive and provides good customer service.
