Called to get information. I do not remember the lady that I talked to, (said name /mumbled)but I asked if I could go for consultation she says no they do everything over the phone. She asked me some questions. I told her I had problems hearing. I am retired now so I want to go through disability there’s Social Security she said I’m sorry I cannot take your case. It seemed like she wanted something else wrong with me.??.. I couldn’t believe what she was saying and then she proceeded to say why you can hear me on the phone OK and that’s because I have Wi-Fi on my hearing aids so I can hear people very well on the phone so her attitude was very weak so I decided I can go somewhere else if she doesn’t want my business thank you very much.
