In theory, I should probably wait to post a review until I've actually gone through the entire process - but my free consult with Travis was so effortlessly painless and spoke enough about the efficiency with which he operates that I honestly don't imagine I'll have reason to come back and change my stance. In less than 4 hours after filling out a form yesterday, his office called me back to set up an appointment for the very next day - and on that call, in less than seven minutes, Travis laid out what my best options were, the best plan of attack, what I needed to do next for that, and along the way pre-emptively covered all my main concerns in preparing to go through a bankruptcy for the first time. He then sent me a wonderfully thorough email recapping it all, so that even my swiss-cheese brain can't forget any of it. Can't get a better first impression than that.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Travis and his staff. Jennifer was handling my case and it was a painless experience. I was getting daily calls, voicemails, texts, mail, and emails from multiple creditors and they’d begun garnishing my wages. Not to mention I was in fear of losing my home.
