I highly recommend avoiding this attorney. He provided me with an estimate $5k, and provided me with a bill at the end of the process for $12k. The work was routine and I have never paid anywhere near 5 figures for the same work at other firms. Not efficient, and will charge you full fee for admin work that should be handled by an assistant (printing, scheduling calls, collecting signatures, all at hundreds of dollars an hour).
