I had to hire Vince due to an incident my child was involved in and I couldn’t be happier of working with him. He has been extremely patient, even when I was difficult, and took care of everything with zero hassle, bringing us tons of peace of mind. I normally don’t leave reviews like this but I honestly felt like I needed to. I worked with Lawyer Vince after my accident and the whole thing was just… a lot. Between the pain, appointments, paperwork, insurance calling nonstop, I was overwhelmed most of the time. From the beginning though, their office made me feel like I wasn’t handling it alone. I mainly worked with one of the case managers and she was seriously such a big help. I probably called and emailed way more than I should have, and she never once made me feel annoying. She answered all my questions (even the repetitive ones), helped set up my MRIs, pain management, physical therapy, all of it. When one of the doctors didn’t feel like the right fit for me, she actually looked for other options instead of just brushing it off. That meant a lot. She would even check in after appointments just to see how I was doing. You don’t expect that kind of care, but it made a difference. Lawyer Vince himself was very straight forward and professional, but also easy to talk to. I never felt like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. He explained things clearly and made sure I understood what was happening with my case. It’s hard going through something traumatic like an accident, and I’m still recovering, but I really do feel like I had the right team behind me. I’m grateful for everything they did and how patient they were with me during the whole process. I hope I never need a personal injury attorney again (for obvious reasons), but if I ever do, I wouldn’t think twice about calling Lawyer Vince. I would definitely recommend them.
