EDIT Bryan, who was the lawyer that I dealt with, is now with Inner Circle Legal Planning down in Milford. I respect the firm, but dealt with Bryan for my complete Estate Planning. This review is mostly about Bryan, and I have changed and added a review accordingly. For getting a complete Estate Trust along with wills, living wills, and other necessary documents set up, Legacy Law is the place to use. Bryan and crew get it done quickly with compassion, knowledge, and for less cost than I was expecting. I met with Bryan three times, the first to make sure of what I was asking for. I ended up with a VERY comprehensive package. A will, living will, power of attorney, HIPA, and finally a trust for my house, bank and retirements accounts as well my property. I also purchased a will, living will, power of attorney, etc. for my son. The second meeting was just for ME, for showing the documents I would be getting, and explaining in detail anything that I had questions about. The third meeting was for signing the documents that we went over in the 2nd meeting. Smooth, easy, and stress-free. What I was NOT expecting was how comprehensive the package is. Take my attempt at my own living will, for instance. What I had not thought of was WHO decides if and when I am "incapacitated." Legacy Law made a clear team to decide. And that is just one surprise out of many that Bryan has covered in detail in writing. Trying to do this on my own? Not a chance. If ever you finally decide to save your assets and make life SO much easier for your family if you die or become gravely ill, give them a call.

Very professional and so helpful. Amanda and the team were prepared for any contingency in my probate filing. They took all the stress out of handling delicate affairs.
