Alex Leigh is an amazing attorney and I almost took one star off for one single reason. It seems his staff turned over twice during the course of my case and sometimes the right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing. Sometimes I would upload or email documents to them, only to have to do it again several days later when I call to follow up about the document. It also seems that, because worker's comp attorney's are a lot more limited to their fee percentage regulated by the Worker's Comp board, they tend to take on more than average number of clients, which does cause some delays. On a more positive note, sending my mileage reports for the Worker's Comp doctor and medical treatment visits seemed to get paid out a lot quicker than when I sent my reports directly to the insurance company. As well, when the insurance would deny treatment or medication, Alex was always able to get it overturned in my favor. I was abler to schedule phone appointments with Alex directly to go over my case, where things are, what I am unhappy about and legal advice and counsel from Alex. This was a plus. I have heard a lot of horror stories from other worker's comp client's different attorneys and have to say that my experience with Alex and his firm was great. Yes, there were lot's of delays on things but that is the nature of Worker's Comp in general, especially in California. I can vouche for Leigh Law Firm being as solid choice of representation for worker's comp patients.

I have waited for over two weeks now to get in contact with him and nothing. Avoid this company at all cost. Very unprofessional and they waste your time. Jerks!
