Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys

I DO NOT RECOMMEND LERNER & ROWE! There's a number of problems. Its been over a year now and still have not seen a penny! The casemanager doesn't explain anything, the attorneys dont explain anything! I literally went there yesterday to sign paperwork and NOBODY could explain what it was that I was signing. They want you to just sign it without knowing what your signing. My kids were 12,11, and 10 at the time of the accident and Lerner & Rowe is telling us they cant have their money until they are 18. My partner and I regret even coming here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT LERNER AND ROWE!!!!!!

After some personnel changes early on my team was great in spite of the at fault drivers insurance company's attent not to pay the claim in a timely manner. I would recommend.

In my opinion if you haven’t been physically injured L & R is fine for representation. But if you have been hurt I’d do my research ! My personal experience felt more like just another number being processed. There was absolutely no fight for compensation on my injuries. My attorney knew nothing about the circumstances of my accident when advising that the insurance companies initial offer was fair. Glad it’s over but definitely feel like I got the short straw.

Jessie was a very good communicator, clear & concise regarding case and options. When not dealing with Jessie, communications were difficult whereas would get messages at 5:00 pm and then call back within minutes and office closed, no response to emails/texts etc.

My experience here was great, both times. Of course it's the type of service you never want to need, but if you do I recommend here. The lawyers, the litigation team, they all do what you need them to do and they do it well. They care, they do what is necessary, and they get you what you are owed. These lawyers fight for what's right. Just give em a call. Learner and Rowe is the place to go!
