Sean and his staff were very friendly and professional, and took care of my speeding ticket (22 over) in a timely matter on short notice (my fault for not reaching out earlier). I called and sent over some documents, Sean called me back and said he'd take care of it, less than a week later I got a text informing me charges had been dropped. Extremely positive experience. Hopefully I don't need to ever use them again, but if I'm in that situation I'll 100% be back.
