Customer Service? Nil and none, I called because my aunt is suffering, was placed in a nursing home by mistake, need counsel to get her out, he answer the phone very rudely, made me sent him the power of attorney never from him again. Wouldn't recommend him to my dog! Horrible, rude person! 😱

Steve was very helpful and spent a lot of time with both my father and myself on the phone, without costing us a cent, explaining PACE and elder law in easy to follow language. Unfortunately, my father passed away prior to completing the process but I would definitely use Steve again in the future for any similar issues.
