So just to start off Joyner Law is hands-down The best law firm in Colorado for DUI/DWAI cases My case started December 16 of 2023 and for 10 long months I had to go through the whole process all the way up to jury trial. I was charged with a DUI. Tim Lindstrom, Xavi Bishop and John Joyner himself handled my case. My jury trial was just one day ago and the way Tim conducted himself in the courtroom was immaculate and all the time he spent preparing me for trial was much needed on my end and it all came to a tip when they asked me to stand and I heard……. “We find the defendant not guilty.” That was the moment that I could finally exhale after 10 long months. I have a CDL and this would’ve cost me and my family our livelihood and would have for sure put us out on the streets. To this day I’m thankful that I called Joyner Law. and I’m thankful that they retained me as a client

Joyner Law, or more specifically, Tim Lindstrom, has helped me through the entirety of my case. Constantly providing reassurance and new evidence presented throughout my case, always being communicative in what he believed would be best but leaving it in my hands, and most importantly gave me the opportunity to speak through him. My previous lawyers had told me that all of my ideas for proceeding to court were bad and that I should simply take the plea offer due to the color of my skin. Tim however, took all of the evidence in the case and I was acquitted on ALL counts I was being charged for. This law firm is truly a blessing for people like myself who have been accused of actions that have never taken place. I absolutely recommend this law firm to anyone who is dealing with legal manners themselves.

This law firm is incompetent from the top to the bottom, first John misleads his clients, some may say greedy, once I signed the dotted line, that was the last time I heard from him, I tried contacting him multiple times but he would forward me to Grace, unpleasant woman that is just about collecting revenue. They don’t like to hear what my opinion is or what i need to say. They are just worried about the money and that’s it. I was just a number to them. The attorney that I was assigned to was Tim, good guy and decent attorney but I think he’s overwhelmed with clients that get appointed to him. Xavi, I have nothing good to say about the assistant, lest just leave it at that. They had a decent lawyer his name was Andrew but unfortunately that attorney was not assigned to me and I believe he has moved on since lol 😂ultimately poor legal representation, poor office staff. And at the end of the day, they suggested that I take the same plea deal that I was offered initially before I spent all that money on them. Anyways their gain, my loss but get a good idea of the attorneys out there and don’t get mislead by promises or John saying “why look elsewhere, with us u will get the best legal representation”shop around. Sometimes it’s best to take a plea deal because in this state and in my case, the burden a proof is not beyond reasonable doubt, unfortunately it’s a preponderance of the evidence. I was a little skeptical about rating this firm but hey it’s freedom of speech and also if they are gonna try to sue me the way they defended me then I have nothing to worry about 🤣
