Please disregard any response posted by litman & litman about downplaying my review. Do not do business with Jeff Litman. He lies and deceives vulnerable people. He is not a good person and is only after personal gain. He will not help you.

No integrity or empathy for a mother seeking justice on a wrongful death of her 4 year old child who contracted a staph infection from hospital while admitted that took his like in 10; days. Reaching out to this Attorney as a Desperate mother still fighting for her son. After waiting for a reponse I was told he will not be taking my case after fully evaluating his records which he never received in full, never had a 1 on 1 meet to express the mental and physical my child and I endured. We seek attorneys to have our back and fight for our love ones only to be let down again, it's horrible that we have attorneys like this with weak COMPETENCE and courage to fight for our right especially the Death of a child. I will not recommend anyone with complex cases to seek this company. Waste of time and no intention help families move on without their loved ones

They try to rob me from my law settlement

I think the best feeling ever is when you feel respected and acknowledged I can’t say that a call was ever left unanswered or I was ever left confused obviously I’m not a lawyer so it’s almost like we’re kind of stupid when it comes to a lawsuit and what’s what but they take their time with explaining everything and they lay it out on the table there’s no lies no wasted time or hidden agendas Annette is also amazing if the lawyers are busy or simply can’t speak to you at that moment she will make sure you are taken care of overall I love this law firm and everyone in it I’ve actually recommended Litman and Litman to plenty of family and friends and we have no complaints I’m happily waiting for my case to finish

I had an accident back in 2002 where a car hit me while I was crossing the street, went flying and landed on the back of the car. Went to Litman & Litman. I never met with them the times that I went there. Only with the secretary. Went to all the treatments. After like almost two years they only got me $2,700. People involved in car accidents get even more. You see them on commercials that they will get thousands upon thousands of dollars. Very deceptive compared to their commercials. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. If I had an accident I would go to another lawyer. UPDATE 8/10/21: I was a legitimate client of the firm. Even though they say I never went there. It’s a lie. My accident happened on Water St. and Whitehall St. crossing the street from the ferry terminal, I posted this review almost 20 years later because back in 2002, you saw their commercials on TV everyday and they promise you that they would get you tons of money. All of a sudden I saw the firm on the web and I remembered about my experience with them and decided to post my review. Maybe they got better over the years, but this was my experience with them back in 2002.

The Litman Attorneys have been in My family & Community for years. as a teenager I remember when Mr Eugene Litman Sr came to Our home. so sorry to hear He passed away. Rest In Peace Sr... Also Thank you Kenneth Litman for reaching a settlement for My passenger & I in the mid 90’s. I will be calling back ASAP. Sincerely Renee
