I highly recommend them for a probate case. Not only did they get the job done effectively they were very pleasant, friendly, just a great group to work with. But most importantly their fee for the job wasn't over the top like most Law firms are.

All I had was a DIY will typed up and signed once by the decedent, who was my best friend. As soon as he passed, his brother, tried to start taking over everything. I called the Lockhart law firm made an appointment gave them the will. Faye called the brother he backed off. They wrote me up a legal document where I was able to close bank accounts and get things handled for my friend’s wishes in his will. With every action they sent an email with the summary of the action. I would highly recommend Lockhart law firm. Adam Richardson and his secretary, Brittney was very helpful

My ninety year old Mom asked to see someone on amending her trust . They were through, patient and supportive of the decisions she wanted to make. This law firm are a non empathetic nor caring. You are just a number. Pay us we will do the minimum type of firm. I called to request a document I should have gotten in 2022 and I received an invoice for 2316$ more after in 2022 and 2024 had confirmed 0 balance. In court Monica Ariaga didn't say a word ion my behalf and after mediation with another lawyer helping me, didn't submit documents on time to the court. 45 days late! Will not answer my calls but when I said I will make payments on this fake bill they just made up I was charged all out of my account!!! I called and explained, I didn't authorized that and I have bills to pay, to include the child support. Our system doesn't allow refunds Sir. They are garbage if I could give minus 5 stars I would!
