Trying to find out how to aquire a copy of my deceased family members Will and was met with a Very tacky lady who would not assist me at all, would not advise me on the process or what appropriate steps to take and refused to hear anything I was asking. Made me feel like a criminal. Seems kind of pointless and not beneficial to retain their services if once you passed away they are no longer interested in helping your loved ones with the process. We used Lonich Patton Ehrlich & Policastri to update a family trust and prepare the coordinating documents. We were happy with the final product and the attorney was friendly. However we felt that we were a small project and received attention commensurate with that. Communication with the attorney was difficult at best; getting a return phone call was extremely difficult and frustrating. The trust documents took longer than anticipated, and each step of the process seemed to require phone calls to inquire about the schedule to get it started. This law firm might be more suited to a case of a larger scale.
