John was an absolute dream to work with. My wife and I were very pleased with the thought & detail he put into our Advanced Medical Directives, Power of Attorneys, Wills and Trust. He also helped us with a Special Needs Trust for a family member. He put together a full plan for us, that will ensure our estate will be passed on to our children with very little cost. I do NOT recommend David Parnell. Very unprofessional. Spent over 2 hours discussing my case with him and he seemed very interested in taking my case we tried to arrange to come to his office to make payment and he would not answer our calls, texts or emails. We called him from another number which he answered and once he realized who it was he said he had to call us back and never called again. Very odd. In all our years of experience with attorneys we’ve never had someone behave the way David did. If he couldn’t take the case or was no longer interested the right and professional thing to do would be let the person know. Do not waste your time.

John Parnell Jr was very easy to work with. He did estate planning for my husband and I. John was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great information. He made what I thought would be an overwhelming task simple but still very detailed in his work. It took us three visits to get our complete estate paperwork finished.

So disappointed! I really needed some legal advice on which way to proceed on a tuition contract not being honored for my son with college. I had to wait over 2 weeks for a short phone appt/consult with Mr Parnell. When he called, he offered no direction for us and spoke rather cold (conversation lasted less then 2 minutes, he didn't ask any questions). My suggestion is to not seek services here - totally wasted 2 my time
