I called them to find out if they can help me or what is the best way but the representative only cared about opening a case. When I asked him to answer some questions he said he is not allowed to answer my questions so I asked him to let me talk to someone who is authorized to answer but he kept said the same thing and generally he did not help at all. I don’t think there are any lawyers in there so if you are looking for a lawyer, they are not the right guys

Terrible company don’t know how to respond or work with in a reasonable time frame you can contact them during normal law firm hours and they won’t call you back for weeks they won’t give you any of you records when asked if you get this company this company basically gets paid to help weaken your case never had a company want me to be forgiving and compassionate for to the person who caused me body harm as well, not do what a law firm is usually supposed to do this company doesn’t work in good faith I wouldn’t get if you haven’t yet involved this is your sign to do more research or go with that other company
