When I called, an extremely rude lady picked up and immediately started talking down to me while “explaining how it all works.” All I said was that I was interested in a consultation. She went on about how clients get some kind of session with their lawyers. When I asked for a specific lawyer in the firm, she snapped back with attitude, saying, “Well, you know what? She ensured we had confidence to get through the paperwork - which was lot. She did not give up. She still was same kind person who guided through multiple rounds of document exchange. She and Kirsten also managed to stay on top despite their personal challenges and churn - and even managed calls when possible. 1n January 1978 Mr Hoague bailed me out of King County jail where I was detained on immigration charges - overstay. Mr McDonald took me in his house on Mercer Island. Bob Free and intern Penny applied for my legal stay. I returned to my home country Malawi in 1996. Compassionate and excellent team of lawyers.
