Starting out with this lawyar seem good at first and I am disabled too and before I leave my reveiw I wanna note that I will be fileing a complaint against this lawyar with the state bar because she failed to do her job in my case and her misconduct but she basiclly threw me out to the wolves but I wanna start off I had a contract with her for 7000 dollors which I paid well over 7000 dollors for contempts that was never pushed and anytime there was a custody issuse and the other party was not going by the temporary court order the lawyars advice was to play the other parties games to get my kids and most of my evidence wasnt entered in to court for what reason i will never know and plus she charged me to veiw evidence that was not entered and it was showing my kids were not safe and this lawyar had me give up sundays on custody with my oldest that doesn't make sense now and anytime I got up upset when dealing with custody issuses this lawyar made me feel like I was overreacting plus taxes I never got and the year before I overpaid the other party 250 dollors that I made my lawyar aware of all she did was send emails to the other lawyar that she didnt press for answers and I got told the same thing about taxes and contempts they would be handled in court and when we got to court she wanted me to go through my emails for recordings for the other lawyar so before it was all said and done I ended up with nothing and the day I got the ruling the lawyar said she was devastated at the ruling and hits me up for another 1000 dollors to file the motion to amend and later on I wrote her letter telling her things I would like the courts to reconsider and since I'm the client and I kept her paid up for the most part I received a email from this lawyar telling me I was asking to much from her and I needed to seek help elsewhere and I was told many times she didn't wanna waste my money but yet motions and contempts and issuses was never pushed and on the day I got the ruling she told me I had to pay the 1000 on top of what I owed her because she had to feed her family when I pretty much lost my family so basically if you want someone to go in there and give you and your kids a fighting chance i wouldn't recommend this lawyar because all she does is send emails that she doesn't push to get answers too,you will be overcharged,you will be made out to be the bad guy when it comes to you following a custody order or court order and if you want your children you have to play the other party's games and when it came to my appeal she basically told me once i spoke to a appeal lawyer I wouldn't want to go through with it so I got my entire case file today and I wanna note this lawyar will get her money slowly but surely but since she halfway fought for me and my childern I will halfway pay her so once again beware of this lawyar if it comes to divorce or custody needs because in the end she will give up and doesnt have any remorse after the fact have a good day and this lawyars response to my review is a joke and you can keep your prayer you failed me and my childern enough and the answer about evidence is ridiculous I suggest you go back to school a further your education and your law practices is a joke and I pray the alabama state bar takes action.
