A huge thank you to Brad Mainor, Daniela Guera and the whole Team at Mainor Ellis Injury lawyers for their incredible help with my case. After being hit by a car while riding my bike and breaking my pelvis in three places I truly did not know where to turn. In addition to dealing with the recovery from my accident, the idea of navigating the medical, legal, and insurance worlds for the first time in my life was super daunting - especially given my feeling that the police report issued did not accurately portray the events around the accident. After my first conversation with Brad and Daniela I immediately felt better. In addition to Brad being a cyclist himself and having experience with these types of cases, they provided a ton of support that was critical to my recovery. My case was not a simple one but Brad worked extensively with me over a number of months to determine the best way to proceed. Brad and Daniela were in constant contact with me and Brad’s background, experience, and willingness to go the extra mile (including doing a detailed investigation of the Summerlin accident site and the events leading up to the accident) resulted in a super tight case and I am overjoyed to report that I received the full amount of the settlement we were pursuing. I simply could not have asked for a more competent, capable, principled, and professional legal team to have worked with. If you have been in an accident (and especially if you are a cyclist who has been hit by a car, regardless of the circumstances) you could absolutely not do better than Brad and Daniela.
