Hiring this law firm was a mistake. After they were paid, communication dropped significantly and many of the things they said they would handle have not been completed. Very disappointing experience.
My family retained this law firm nearly 10 months ago, and unfortunately there has been no meaningful progress on the case. We remain in essentially the same position as when services first began. Communication has also been disappointing, as commitments were not consistently followed through and interactions at times felt unprofessional. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
I'm glad I chose Mandell Law to represent me accurately and help my family and I articulate an unfortunate circumstance. The lawyers at this firm have always done an excellent job at being the legal counsel I have needed, and because of that I hope to maintain a professional legal relationship with this law firm for as long as I will need. And would be more than willing to recommend them to any friends or family.
