I originally wrote a bad review because as a first time home owner I was misled on what a Closing consist of. After some research and phone calls I realized that Emanuele and his team actually went Above and Beyond in assuring my closing was fast, detailed , and done right before the end of the year. Even after my first review Emanuele and his team worked and helped me track down information that I needed for my current situation. Do not think twice about using Mangiaficos office.
