I was in an accident where a young driver turned left in front of me, no intersection. My thought was that the case would be quick and painless, since the driver owned up to being responsible. However, the insurance company of the at fault driver was adamant I was 20% responsible. The company was shady, I had a number of verbal arguements with adjusters, being told I had to settle for $2,000 for damages and medical. I walked away from the accident with terrible pain in my back and right leg.
