We called to find out what had happened, and they told us someone would call us back in two minutes. Even so, we never heard anything. Don't waste your time here. Unable to help my case because it was on a military base...they need to get better info on these type of cases.

Called for a “free consultation” Woman who called back was very rude and trying to force me to become a client even tho i just wanted a couple questions answered. I than proceeded to try and schedule the consultation for just questions and for an over the phone appointment and she insisted i needed to provide my case information so they can initiate the client process even though i was not trying to become a client. Lady was very rude towards the end and stated “we can not help you unless you provide your case # and detail’s its the law.” Hung up the phone and blocked their number. VERY VERY unprofessional. I also have close known clients that are currently with this law firm for Immigration Service’s and they are having a horrible experience. Most of the clients have been waiting 4+ years for immigration services that this law firm has initiated and has not taken responsibility or action on the clients case. This is a on going battle till this day. Maria jones law firm is full of excuses, they don't return calls, and they WILL NOT MAKE YOUR CASE A PRIORITY. Suggest anyone looking for Any kind of lawyer services to AVOID THIS LAW FIRM!!

We hired this firm to prevent a criminal extradition and they got it completed fast, I recommend them!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone since March 2022. Still today 10/31/2022. They do not get me a response. I requested a full refund and my husbands file. I was just made aware that my lawyer left the firm in September. I was not given any notice and I have no contract signed with them.

Stay away people, I gave them my business, after seen positive reviews, I paid 5k for quiet literally 3 hours of work, we kept going to court and they kept rescheduling, I applied for DACA and got approved,my case was administratively closed by the judge. In the middle of my process my Lawyer was fired or disappeared, because another lawyer took over my case. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend.

Last week we called for this law firms services. To be honest they are unorganized. My husband completed the questionaire and they said they will get back to us in 2 days if we did not get a response we should call them so we did. I understand law firms are always busy but when it comes to receiving new clients they are not the ideal type. We called back they could not find the questionaire then had me waiting on hold several times they located it and said no attorney has reviewed it then told me to call back the next day. We called and they still did not have an aswer so I called again the following day they still did not have a response. They kept saying they would call us back to see if they would take our case and never heard from them again and it has been almost 2 weeks and the week before the secretary said she will make sure they give us answer by Friday and never got a call. We have heard good things from this law firm but if they say they are going to take new clients they need to make themselves available or nevertheless respond appropriately a simple yes or no would be suffice. Even if they ever call us back and decide to take our case I don't think we will use their services if they take that long to give us a simple yes or no then theyi can imagine how. Messy and complicated they will be when they actually do work.
