Very unprofessional to work with. If you are a provider for LOP do not give their clients treatment. They will take forever for payment and never respond. If you request something from Claudette Gutierrez it’ll take over a year for it to get to you.

I would like to thank Mr. Castillo and staff for all the hard work they had with my case. Especially Mrs. Claudette Gutierrez for going out and beyond, I was very scared and thinking I wouldn’t get covered was in an accident with 4 other cars!
