I contacted Mr. Marshall regarding a consumer matter and, although he ultimately declined representation, I felt compelled to leave this review because of the exceptional professionalism he demonstrated. Most attorneys I reached out to responded with a one-line rejection — or didn’t respond at all. Mr. Marshall, however, took the time to write a detailed, thoughtful explanation outlining the legal landscape, the challenges involved, and the reasoning behind his decision. He didn’t have to do that — but he did. His response was thorough, respectful, and incredibly clear. Even though he wasn’t able to take my case, he treated me and my situation with seriousness and dignity. That level of integrity and professionalism is rare. If the care and attention he showed in declining a case is any indication of how he represents his clients, I can only imagine the standard he holds in his practice. Chuck Marshall is an absolute God send.My husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer, the contract fell through and the dealership demanded the vehicle back and we ask for our money back since we would no longer have possession of the vehicle and we hadn’t even had the vehicle for a month.They didn’t want to comply so we didn’t either there was no communication for months with this dealer (Integrity Auto Sales) and without any notice they illegally repossessed the vehicle .
