David Martay, what can I say? Thank you and you are a dam genius! Excellent work on my workman comp case.
I found David Martay on Google. I had no idea about any of the legality behind my injury. All I knew at the time was I was injured at work, and they also stopped me from coming to work. I provided David with all the information surrounding my circumstance and he and his team went straight to work. Not only did they get my case resolved in a timely manner. I was awarded an amount that will not only help myself but my family as well. My wife and I just recently had a baby on 2-20 and the compensation can help bring peace of mind for any unforeseen occurrences. I asked plenty of questions during the process and I was provide all the information I needed. I fully trust and David and his office and if I ever have another unfortunate incident such as this. He will be the only person I trust to represent me!

I had Dave martay a couple of years ago for a few past cases and I can truly say he was the best ever even through I gave him a hard time during the duration of the case 🤣🤣 but it was all worth it will do it again if I ever had another injury related to workers comp, just remember Dave is straight forward no BS, just keep it simple and honest he will work his best……….. I hired Stephen last year for a work injury. When I first spoke with him he seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Then once I signed the paperwork to have him represent me it all went south. There was little to no progress being made and no info on why, it would require me to call him to find out what was going on and most times it was documents he needed from me but never reached out. When I did call he would get aggressive and almost angry that I was calling to ask or follow up on things and would yell and run me off the phone like I incontinence him. After months of no progress and no information I eventually changed lawyers. It was then that I was informed that he hadn't been providing improvement information and documents with the work comp insurance. Im not sure what he was doing the whole time but it definitely wasnt working on helping me.
