Unfortunately Mrs. Patti often sends letters (two so far in our case) on behalf of her clients with false accusations, defaming commentary, and slanderous flat out lies without any proof or merit to said accusations. Understandably she is trying to paint a picture to push her and her clients agenda in court in order to “win”. However, you can still do that in an honorable, accurate, and factual way should there be a valid reason for such letters to be written. When dealing with matters of custody and family court making such false claims and accusations only adds to high conflict situations where children are involved. You not only feed justification to your high conflict clients by validating their behaviors that led them to court in the first place but you also jeopardize the welfare of the children involved because you have reinforced to your client that they don’t have to take responsibility for the damage they have caused to said children involved. Respectfully Mrs. Patti, as a representative of the law you should hold yourself to a higher standard and ensure your commentary is true and accurate in its entirety prior to documenting such false accusations and claims complete with your signature. I would think one of your pedigree would know better. Especially when it involves the minor children involved in said case. You are no more above the law than anyone else and commuting such falsehoods and fairytales can cause you consequence within the bounds of laws set forth.

I have been through many attorneys in Pensacola. Many Ann is head and shoulders above.... she cares, she's compassionate and she knows what she's doing.... she's not one of the good 'ol boys in Pensacola. If you want someone who actually cares about you and your case, and not about milking your savings, she's for you.

Quoted me one price of $2800 for a family adoption and said not to worry too much about payment and executing it right away as there wasn’t much to be done until the baby was born, she promised me she would be available and that when the baby is born and she has payment she will be there right away at discharge from the hospital to get everything signed and sent off, when the time came to execute the contract and the baby was closing in on being born I called the office only to be told that now the price is $3300 and I was told she wouldn’t be available until a week and a half later to meet in office, not with contracts ready to be signed etc and changed the method of payment asking for cash. So last minute she not only completely bailed on the promises she made she also added more money to the price even though she was doing nothing more if anything less. I’m surprised at how quickly her tune changed and that in such a time sensitive situation she would act this way. I do not recommend for an adoption whatsoever, finding another attorney last minute has been hectic but there are much more options nearby and I have found someone to take care of everything.

Mrs. Mary Ann Patti is an outstanding attorney. She is very prompt on everything that she does, she's very attentive to your needs, and she is very professional with her job. She is informal when she is in her office with you. She treats you like you are part of the family. And she is a people person. She has an outstanding paralegal name Ashley. .She is very professional and very thorough in everything that she does. She has a great personality. Mrs. Patties son Michael also works in the office for her. He is very professional, very acute in everything that he does. He has a friendly outgoing personality. And of course he's a world Traveler. The law firm took care of me during my divorce. I would tell anybody to go and see them if you need an attorney they are the best. You know like I say all the time when you come into the office and you feel like you are welcomed you know that you are in the right place. Now I grant you see is my attorney and yes I do have to pay her for her services. But besides that I know in the three of them I have met long-lasting friends. They are a joy to be around just to sit back and talk about things in general. So I hope this post will be able to help someone if they are thinking about an attorney that would be on their side every step of the way.
