Jacori McDaniel has been a great resource from the start. I started off mentioning her name because she initiated the entire process and walked me through everything even when there was a delay in completing my chiropractic care. Terrible communication. No updates unless you chase them down, and even then it’s a struggle to get a response. It took over a year just to receive a small amount back. I questioned the honesty of the attorney handling my case and even considered hiring another lawyer to investigate the firm and my case. Very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them.
