I hired Matt because of the reviews. I don't think he even worked on my case all that much. I got everything a public defender would have not worked to get me. In addition, when I moved, I sent him an email with my new address to send my future bill as you can only pay after he sends a receipt. But it never came. And now he's put a judgment out on me for the amount of $1000. If he had sent my payments to my correct address, I would pay them off.

Just A damn good attorney

Matthew was a huge help. He understood my situation and had the knowledge and relationships to help me through the entire process. After I received a DUI I did my research on attorneys and discovered that Mr. DUI is the only attorney in the State of Utah that has been designated as a Lawyer Scientist. I had no idea what that meant so I dug a little deeper and discovered that to be a Lawyer Scientist you have to be proficient in DUI law, and have training in the scientific methods used by the State Lab to test blood in DUI cases. I wanted the best possible outcome so why not hire the lawyer that has received training that no other lawyer in the state has received, including prosecutors. My hunch was correct.

Competent and caring is how I would describe Mr. DUI. My charges were dismissed even though I was stopped at a DUI checkpoint. Mr. Nebeker took the time to explain to me that the DUI checkpoint was not proper and therefore my breathtest could not be used against me. I am glad I decided go to the free consultation that he offers. His guarantee was true. I knew a lot more about DUI after the consultation. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

In my opinion Mr. Nebeker is a true advocate. I received a DUI in Park City after meeting with some friends for dinner. I had a could of drinks but, knew that I was not over the limit. When the blood tests came back some of my medications showed up, but the alcohol level was under the limit. They tried to convict me of DUI on that. Mr. Nebeker, showed them that my meds would not affect me like the alcohol, or something like that. Anyway, I had an excellent outcome and would use again for any time of charge.
