On Thanksgiving, a driver not paying attention ran a red light and t-boned me. I was given Marc's info by a close friend, and he was kind enough to contact me on the day after Thanksgiving to help determine my best course of action. He gave me great advice and help get me started on working to a solution. Brian on his team helped run my case and was fantastic. Any questions I had, he'd reach out quickly and give thoughtful answers to help me understand what is going on and how we can proceed. Unfortunately, the at-fault driver was underinsured, and my insurance company offered a ridiculously low offer that didn't even cover my out-of-pocket expenses, let alone the loss of a vehicle, weeks of quality of life while healing, work, and a very large hospital bill. With the help of Brian and the rest of the team, we were able to get the maximum amount available while ensuring all my out-of-pocket expenses were reimbursed and the situation could come to a quick close so I could move on. Through this experience and others with other at-fault drivers and with insurance, it seems very much like a game, and for us individuals, the odds are stacked against us. Thankfully, the team at Matthews Injury Law helped me navigate this and ensure we got the best outcome for the cards we were dealt. Without them, I'd still be fighting a losing battle or be left at a huge loss for a situation I was not responsible for. Thanks again to their team for all the help. I'd highly recommend them if you need someone to help you navigate a personal injury case.
