I would not recommend this firm or its partners based on my experience. I interacted directly with Adam T. Mandell and Jessica Rounds, expecting professional, independent legal advocacy. Instead, I encountered dismissive communication, lack of transparency, and minimal engagement with the substance of my case. Serious concerns were raised and repeatedly downplayed rather than addressed. Representation felt procedural and detached, not client-focused. Questions about strategy, next steps, and obligations were met with resistance instead of clear explanations. At no point did I feel confident that my interests were being actively protected or prioritized. Billing and representation terms also raised concerns. Fees were discussed without sufficient explanation, and requests for clarity were not meaningfully answered. Trust is essential in an attorney-client relationship, and that trust was not established here. Given the firm’s affiliation with Maynard, O’Connor, Smith & Catalinotto, LLP, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I strongly advise others to do thorough research, ask detailed questions upfront, and carefully evaluate alternative counsel before retaining this firm or its partners.
