Hello , My first choice was Allen Law they pushed me to their partner McCready Law. I started working with mccready law in December 20 2024. The staff stated that this will be an open and shut case due to evidence. Which it was not. It took McCready law months before reaching out to the other insurance. They never updated me on my case unless I called, sent emails and texted. The case manger Ms.Lee was not helpful i had to call her everytime. Ray Riden was something else regarding my settlement, I needed 3 surgeries which couldn't be covered under my claim so I had to pay for multiple surgeries and the therapy out of pocket. My experience was horrible, lack of communication , lack of sympathy and empathy of the client, They even over looked bills i sent several times by emails and text so now I have to deal with being in collections do to their overlook once again. Finally after a year of not working and still can not work due to medical issues and surgeries a received a minimal settlement that can't even cover my loss wages, my suffering , my trauma or my surgeries! Ray Riden says we can not help you get any more money but him and his team got payed great from my settlement from what little i received.I What was the point to hired a lawyer if they did nothing but accept what insurance offered which I could of done on my own with their insurance company. And I am still waiting to here from McCready Law !
