Jasmine and Aaron from the work comp team did me wonders. They took care of any requests/bills/treatment/funding that was needed for my case. Workman's comp is the worst experience I have ever dealt with but thanks to my attorneys it was a smoother experience and without them I do not believe I would have been treated properly and my health be where it is now. When Carl Zelenskyy was there handling my claim, he was amazing and did an incredible job but when it came to my daughter‘s claim, and we switched to a new attorney Jordan McAdams, the communication was next to none. The dealings that I had with him I felt were unprofessional, the amounts he would say he thought he could get continuously decreased in the end she maybe got 15% of what we were originally going for I felt that my daughter‘s case was not taken seriously and that his personal life got in the way of really fighting for my daughter’s case. We were extremely disappointed.

I wish I had something good to say about mcdivitt law firm and specifically Joel. From the get-go Joel was on the side of the insurance company he kept asking me why was the lady from the workman's comp was being rude to him ? like I would know that , other than she was a very rude lady. The whole time for a year and a half before I got my settlement he was interrogating me over and over about what happened he was playing both sides but I know that he was mostly on their side because I wasn't crippled but I was dragging my foot for a long time after the accident maybe he just wanted to go to a bigger case where he'd make more money but he dismissed me completely for the longest time 2 weeks before the settlement is when he finally started doing something about my case. and the garbage about..." they won't let you settle for less than you deserve" is just that Garbage! Because Joel convinced me to take the low offer he said if I went to court I would get nothing and he didn't fight for medical so I paid it out of pocket for my medical and never got it back he said workman's comp doesn't pay medical,loss or pain and suffering. ...?! So basically I got a few months pay and had to retire early with out full benefits. Still can't work. I do not recommend this law firm.
