I hired this law firm because of a work-related injury. My lawyer, Daniel R. Klosowski, is affiliated with McHargue & Jones. He keeps telling me he's working with the other lawyers every time I call to ask about my case—that they're working on a solution. I asked his assistant, Guillermina, to tell him that if they don't resolve my case within three months, I should take it to court because I urgently need medical attention. I'll be keeping an eye on things and hope for a positive outcome soon because these spinal injuries are very serious and can be permanent. If I get a positive result, I'll update my review and give it more stars. I always share the truth on my social media. Unfortunately, my case wasn't resolved. The lawyer abandoned my case. He was an unexpected lawyer and proved to be negligent. After three years, nothing has been resolved, and he hasn't even taken the case to court. Now I need them to send me any documents they have. There's very little time. The lawyer only went to court after a long time, and it was just to withdraw from the case. After three years, he sent me notice in two letters that arrived on the same day, but the one in Spanish didn't explain anything about my court date. Only the one in English explained that I had a court date on February 2nd, and he sent it in English so I wouldn't understand! Both letters arrived almost on the day of the court hearing, and he only took my case to court to withdraw, knowing that there were winter storms that would prevent me from getting there. With the short notice he gave me, it was impossible for me to appear that day. He lied to me, saying he was working with my insurance lawyer. I lost more than three years, years in which I could have achieved something positive with a good lawyer, one who actually worked to help people. For my clients, it's difficult to move forward with your case because a lawyer you trusted completely was negligent and left you alone with your health problem, unable to even get a medical appointment or evaluation for over three years. I advise everyone that if a lawyer doesn't achieve anything favorable for your health in less than a year, not even a medical appointment like what happened to me, don't wait for them to do anything. Change lawyers immediately, find another one, and don't wait until three years have passed. That's the intention of lawyers who don't care about their clients, because it will be much harder to get medical assistance and justice if you wait and rely on your lawyer to do their job. For these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend this law firm. They are terrible lawyers, liars, and they just make you wait three years with lies, only to then tell you that you have to accept that a spinal injury causing dizziness and pressure on the nerves in your coccyx, spine, and the back of your head is worth $1,800. And then they expect you to pay them back? It was a joke; they mocked and played with my health. Besides, my injury prevents me from living a normal life, complicating things for both me and my family.
