This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Phone calls are rarely, if ever, returned. Every time I ask for an update, I’m told to “call back in a few days,” only to hear the same excuse again — that it could take longer. My case was closed nearly a year ago, and I still haven’t received my settlement. I recently turned 18, and honestly, it feels like they just don’t care and are taking advantage of the fact that I’m young and don’t have legal experience. I’ve been left completely in the dark with no communication or accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone, especially if you’re a young client who deserves to be treated with respect and transparency
