This law firm sets a standard that others simply don’t reach. What stood out to me immediately was how intentional and thorough everything felt — no rushing, no confusion, no feeling like “just another case.” Every interaction was handled with care and professionalism. A special shoutout to Tristyn, who truly went above and beyond. Her communication was outstanding and she was very patient with my questions. Her proactivity with updates was incredibly notable, and she made me feel supported throughout the entire process - even going out of her way to ask me for updates while I was going through my chiropractor treatment. Honestly, she was a huge reason my experience was so positive. If you’re looking for a law firm that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuine. Medlock is the place to be!

So they send a researcher to charm you then try to push you to make your claim more expensive regardless of its impact on you when they don't even understand the nature of your injury. They hadn't even asked for the form that started this process and pushed me to get medical treatment that wasn't authorized. Dont agree if this is you! Talk to the state first!!!
