My husband and I started to engage with them on the recommendation of a friend following a devastating diagnosis and had just started the paperwork process when my husband passed. They were so kind and gentle walking through the process of dealing with his estate with me, understanding that my comprehension wasn't great due to grief brain, and also walked me through the process of getting my own estate in order so that my heirs will be in a better position than I was.
