Our world was turned upside down due to a denied homeowners insurance claim. We had no idea where to go or what to do. We had a major fire loss December 23, 2019. Our insurance was initially helpful in covering funds for immediate housing and a small amount of cash for personal needs. We received our final payment from the insurance company the middle of November 2021. Annie was with us the whole way and was instrumental in our ability to reach an adequate settlement.
