⭐️ Review for Meltzer & Courtney Law I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Stuart Meltzer and Jack Courtney. I hired them to represent me in my divorce and related hearings, and their lack of preparation and professionalism caused me tremendous financial and emotional harm. I spent countless hours preparing my evidence and documentation for important proceedings, including my deposition (the interview conducted by my ex-husband’s attorney) and a hearing related to a postnuptial agreement that I never signed. I personally gathered and organized all my evidence, exhibits, and a detailed timeline for my lawyers to present. Despite all of that effort, Meltzer and Courtney failed to bring my evidence into either proceeding. During my deposition, they did not submit any of the materials I had prepared, leaving me completely unprotected while the opposing counsel questioned me. Then, during the postnuptial hearing, they again appeared unprepared — even though I had hired a handwriting expert for $10,000 to prove the alleged agreement was fake. My witnesses were never called, and my expert was told by my own lawyers that she “wasn’t needed,” even though her testimony was crucial to proving my case. To make matters worse, both attorneys walked into the courtroom acting as if the hearing would simply be postponed because they had a personal trip to New York City planned. Stuart Meltzer even arrived half an hour late, which visibly frustrated the judge and set a terrible tone for my case. The other side came fully prepared, with witnesses and evidence, while my attorneys fumbled and made excuses. Because of their unprofessional handling, I lost millions of dollars in marital assets and property. I feel completely betrayed after putting my trust, time, and money into attorneys who were careless and dismissive. I am writing this review so others don’t experience what I went through. If you are considering hiring this firm, please make sure you get everything in writing, confirm that your evidence is being filed properly, and hold your lawyers accountable for preparation and performance before your hearings. Mr Meltzer helped me with a real estate investment that I felt was a fraud . Other people had told me that the money was lost including another lawyer . Mr Meltzer helped me to recover my investment and I even received $5000 more . I was afraid to have lost everything and I was about to give up on the case . Mr Meltzer contacted the person who defrauded me and he accepted to give me my money and more . He solved the case in just a few months . Kudos to Mr Meltzer.

Jack is representing my husband in our divorce. He does not listen or do what he tells him. He does his own thing. Who is the Client? He paid him $2000.00 he should be listening to his Client not doing the opposite. He is to busy handling his high paid clients in NY to care about you and your divorce. He treated me like I was a criminal. Stay far far away from him. And if you see that he is an attorney representing the other side pay money to fight. Michelle Subrani
