Very good experience. On top of the process for selling and buying and so easy to work with. Explaining all details of the process, didn’t rush through if I had a question. It was a pleasure working with Meyer Capel!

I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail shown by Attorney Nathan Hinch, Legal Assistant Garrett Hedican, and other staff at Meyer Capel Law Firm with all legal matters with which they have assisted me… from estate planning to non-profit advising, as well as business start-up. They explained everything thoroughly, ensured all my questions were answered and my concerns addressed, and patiently advised me throughout the process.

I wish to thank the entire Meyer Capel team for clear and timely work updating estate planning documents for a dear friend who is in hospice. For me, as Executor and Power of attorney for property, and for my friend, we are relieved that the work is completed.

Appreciate the time Nathan Hinch spent addressing our questions and the coordination working through his legal assistant Garrett Hedican. It made the process simple for us.

I do not recommend Attorney Walley. Communication was often ignored, important documents were sent at the last minute, and my questions frequently went unanswered. High turnover in her office, which others have mentioned, also made things difficult. She seemed to be a little to buddy, buddy with opposing council, often times making me wonder who's side she was on. She made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Be cautious before hiring unless you want a lot of charges with little results.*****I sent an email with my concerns to the email address listed prior to leaving this review in an attempt to resolve my concerns in a non public forum, but was ignored!*****They were sent an email in regards to my complaint August 14 prior to my review and have yet to respond a month later. Very odd to respond in a public forum and not to the email. AGAIN PEOPLE, STAY AWAY!

Nathan B. Hinch, attorney and Garrett Hedican, Legal Assistant plus the Firm of Meyer Capel provided excellent legal attention to my husband's estate upon his death. They were kind and always took time to explain things to me. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend this firm to my friends.

I can't express enough how wonderful it's been to work with Nate and his legal assistant Garrett on both my own estate planning, as well as my mother's. They have both been incredibly patient with all of our questions and "what if" scenarios. They never make us feel like we are running out of time during our meetings, and is thorough when they explain how things will work (in layman's terms). The process was quick and easy, and got a HUGE burden off our minds now that our wills and estates are set up as we wish. I will recommend Nate's services to anyone!

Very attentive to client needs. Provided high quality legal services at a reasonable price. Good support staff in place as well, which made the transactions associated with my representation very easy to manage.

I would give a zero or negative stars if I could. If you need a divorce, this is not the law from you should hire unless you want the process drawn out, a lawyer not to fight for you, documents to get lost, and to experience a high turnover in lawyers and paralegals. When I first met with Tristan (Lawyer #1) he advised me I would have to wait a little over a month before he could start handling my case. I was ok with that. I signed paperwork, paid my retainer and waited 2 months. I sent an email following up and was told my case was actually marked as "Closed". They re-opened it and I had to wait a couple more weeks before he could fit me in. I was advised that we could pass up my Financial Affidavit because they thought an agreement could be made. It couldn't but I was not advised otherwise until months later. I compiled my financial affidavit and sent it off. Waited and asked for an update. I believe I sent 3 emails over the course of 1 month to Tristan and Helen, his paralegal. I never heard anything from them. I had to contact my Ex- to ask his lawyer if they got my financial affidavit. It was never sent, and in fact Tristan hadn't even looked at it. To Tristan's credit, he did apologize and refund me some retainer money. He told me to expect a response within 24 business hours. Tristan wound up moving to a different state and passed my case along to a different lawyer in the office, Jilmala (Lawyer #2). Jilmala would take weeks to reply to me. I routine had to follow up on action items and then follow up on my follow up. During all of this I went through like 9 different paralegals and interns - Helen, Kelsi, Sandra, Shannon, Heather, Ashley, Caroline, Samantha, and Stephanie. I would sign documents in DocuSign with one of them and it would be lost. Id then be contacted weeks later asking me to sign a document I'd already sign but they had lost. The marital house was sold in the midst of the divorce, we had legal paperwork on how the funds would be handled. Month later when Jilmala was typing up the final MSA, she included how the house would be listed, sold, and funds dispersed. I had to tell her and send her documents of my house closing that they should have already had on file. It was an extremely frustrating experience and it escalated what could have been a more friendly divorce into a nit-picking and feisty one because of how long it dragged out. I did not feel like I had any advocates on my side. I was not counseled in any direction just asked what offer I wanted to make? or if an offer from the other lawyer was one I would want to accept. They basically were just an expensive vehicle to file all the legal paperwork for my divorce. No lawyers fought for me. Photos are of my emails with the various lawyers and paralegals; please note dates on the email threads. I would identify them as a Circus Ring and not a professional Law Firm. The only good thing that came out of this was I did eventually get a Cert of Marriage Dissolution; however that was originally sent with incorrect information. They had my Ex's state of birth and current county incorrect.
