Sent slight details on an organ puncture malpractice to them online. Reply saying they couldn’t help. No reasons why or guidance of why he couldn’t help . Not even a call .

I contacted Michael Gunzburg’s office for legal help regarding a serious medical issue — where something was done to my body without my consent during surgery, and I only found out years later when after 2 years I still haven’t healed . When I tried to explain the situation and the emotional and physical toll it has taken on me, Mr. Gunzburg yelled at me, interrupted me, and treated me like my experience didn’t matter. When I told him how I was hurt, he said he had never heard of someone complaining about being “fixed.” I told him, I wasn’t fixed — I’m 33 years old, and now I can’t walk, I can’t work, I can’t climb stairs, and I’m facing a total knee replacement. I got emotional and was in tears while trying to explain how much this has affected my life. Instead of any compassion or understanding, he dismissed me again and said, “so you’re just not happy with the outcome.” He also accused me of not telling the truth when I told him I did not give consent. When I tried to explain why I believe the doctor’s actions may have contributed to my condition, he cut me off and said he didn’t care about the timeline — he only wanted to know “how were you hurt.” But every time I tried to explain, he wouldn’t let me finish, and I left the call feeling disrespected, humiliated, and retraumatized. I came to this office after seeing all the positive reviews and I was hoping to get clarity and help for something that was done to my body without my knowledge or consent. Instead, I was treated like a burden. I don’t wish this on anyone and I sincerely hope he learns to be more empathetic. We are already suffering. Call took place Today July 16th at 5:49pm and lasted for 9 minutes
