I was compromised by an unfortunate surgical outcome, but stayed torn about filing suit, until it became clear that I had no other option due to mounting medical expenses. Miller and Wagner represented me close to flawlessly. Should you need a team of exceptional attorneys and staff, you can do no better.

Worst attorney I’ve ever seen. No reply to emails, no acknowledgment of information sent, couldn’t even get the right information despite having sent numerous emails. Ran the clock out and left me hanging. Run from these people.

Treated the case like they just wanted to get it over with. Took 7 months to get back to us, no calls, no meetings, just declined the case on very weak evidence because they’re too broke and lazy to put in work. If you really want to fight for you’re case find a better place. Seriously.
