WILL YA shut the front door?! Mindy is a STAR lawyer - I was facing a 2nd DUI, being close to .08 BAC. It would have probably been a wet wreckless and some other exorbitant penalties and fines but I just owe the court $150! She was able to get me a judicial diversion so now I'm just doing some community service and a few things, but damn I'm so lucky didn't get any points on my driving record. I'd have her represent me anytime, but hopefully this is the last! I did my research and talked to a few attorneys, but when I spoke to Mindy I got the sense that she knows the system inside and out, and I'm glad I got some comic relief from her, my hairs were starting to turn white from stressing out. Mindy McQueen is absolutely amazing. She was able to get a stay on my license and kept me driving up until my court day- which was almost 3 months after my arrest, as well as no jail time despite what the DA recommended.
